A: We have our own factory for OEM manufacturing product, also trade with all electrical parts.

Q2: What's your warranty period?

A: One year or 1200hours (accord to whichever reach first) from Ex-Factory date. 
But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.

Q3.what is your power range of your diesel generator?

A: we can provide power from 6KVA-3000KVA.

Q4: Does your generators has global warranty?

Yes, most of our products like Cummins, ShangChai, Yuchai, Doosan power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like Leroysomer, Stanford, marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the aftersales service.

Q5: What's the MOQ?

A: 1 Set.

Q6: What's your delivery time?

A: Spare parts for about 3-5 days;
Diesel generator set about 30days.

Q7: Do you accept OEM/ODM service?

A: Yes, we can accept OEM & ODM service, and provide customized services according to your requirements.

Q8: What's your payment terms?

A: We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight.  
But based on some special project and special order,we can do something on payment item.
